Historical Female Italian Clubs

Women of the "In the World of Jane Austen," an historical female Italian club, enjoy a moment of dance in the middle of the amphitheater in Ostia Antica during the morning promenade of April 14, 2018.

It was customary at the time of Jane Austen to take long walks in the morning prior to lunch. Those walks would not end in a dance moment, because the dance element, was often limited to the night time. Although, the women of the group here want to complement the two and so they often bring a stereo and a large selection of 1800's dance music they can reenact to when they feel like it.
